OUR COMMITMENT

Security is foundational to how RaceTek Systems operates. We work with race teams whose operational data and strategic intelligence represent serious competitive value. Protecting that data — and our clients' trust — is not a compliance checkbox. It is a core design principle.

02

DATA TRANSMISSION

All data transmitted between your browser and our systems is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security). We do not transmit sensitive operational or client data over unencrypted channels under any circumstances.

03

DATA STORAGE

Client and contact data submitted through our website is stored on infrastructure provided by reputable cloud service providers with established security certifications. We apply access controls to ensure that only authorized personnel can access stored data.

04

ACCESS CONTROLS

Access to internal systems and client data is restricted on a need-to-know basis. We enforce:

Role-based access controls across all internal tools

Strong authentication requirements for all team members

Regular review of access privileges

Immediate revocation upon team member offboarding

05

CLIENT SYSTEM INTEGRATIONS

When integrating with a client's existing data infrastructure, we follow a principle of minimal access — requesting only the permissions necessary to deliver the agreed scope of work. Integration credentials are handled securely and never stored in plaintext.

06

INCIDENT RESPONSE

In the event of a security incident affecting client or user data, we will:

Investigate and contain the incident promptly

Notify affected parties in accordance with applicable law

Document the incident and implement corrective measures

Conduct a post-incident review to prevent recurrence

07

THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCIES

We regularly review our third-party software dependencies and service providers for known vulnerabilities. We apply security patches and updates in a timely manner. Vendor relationships involving data access are subject to review for adequate security posture.

08

RESPONSIBLE DISCLOSURE

If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in our systems or website, we ask that you report it to us responsibly before disclosing it publicly. Please contact us at info@racetek.ai with a description of the issue. We commit to acknowledging your report within 48 hours and working with you to address the vulnerability.

09

LIMITATIONS

While we implement strong security measures, no system is completely immune to risk. We do not guarantee that our systems will be entirely free from security incidents. We continuously work to identify and reduce risks to an acceptable level.
